1. Who we are

Applied AI Score is operated by SYSTEMSSOLUTION INC., operating as Applied AI Score, Plaza II – 350 Rutherford Rd S, Unit 104, Brampton, ON L6W 4N6, Canada. Phone +1 (647) 772-7535. Email support@appliedaiscore.com. In these terms, "we" means SYSTEMSSOLUTION INC. and "you" means the person using the site. By creating an account or buying the course you agree to these terms.

2. Assessments and scores

Our assessments, including the three-question Quick AI Skills Score, are internal skills assessments created by Applied AI Score. The Quick AI Skills Score is a preliminary indication based on three questions, not a comprehensive assessment. Scores are calculated automatically from your answers using the method described on our methodology page. A score is not a certification, not an employer or regulator assessment, and not an endorsement by any AI provider, and it does not predict job performance.

3. The Applied AI at Work course

The course is a self-paced online course of seven modules (about 3¼ hours of material), each with a short quiz, followed by a final project you assess yourself against a published four-part rubric. Nobody reviews your project for you and no turnaround time is promised. To complete the course you must pass every module quiz with at least 4 out of 5, score your project at least 16 out of 20 including at least 1 out of 5 on safety and responsible use, and confirm the attestation that the work is your own.

When you complete the course you can issue a Certificate of Completion in the name you confirm, with a private verification code. It records that you completed the course requirements. It is not an accredited qualification, a professional certification, a licence, or an endorsement by any employer or AI provider. The course and certificate do not guarantee employment, promotion, income, recognition by an employer, or any business result.

Your access begins as soon as Stripe confirms your payment and has no set end date. If we ever stop offering the course, we will give enrolled learners reasonable notice by email.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown in US dollars on the course page and on the order review page before you pay, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page; we never receive or store your full card details. Access is granted only after Stripe confirms the payment to us. After purchase we email a copy of your agreement to the address on your account, and Stripe emails your receipt.

5. Refund policy

Because course access is delivered immediately, the course is not refundable once access has been granted, with these exceptions:

  • If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the course and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.
  • If you are charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the duplicate or mistaken charge once it is identified.

To ask for a refund, email support@appliedaiscore.com from the email address on your account, with your receipt reference and a short description. Never send us card numbers, passwords, verification codes or identity documents; we will never ask for them. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on Stripe and your card issuer. A full refund ends your access to the course. A partial refund does not.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited, including any right to cancel.

6. Your account and acceptable use

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Your course access is for you personally. Please do not share your account or course materials, publish or sell quiz answers or course content, use automated tools to take assessments or quizzes, attempt to access other people's data, or misrepresent a certificate or score. We may suspend access, or revoke a certificate, if these terms are seriously breached or a certificate was obtained dishonestly.

7. Intellectual property

The site, assessments, course content, quizzes and certificates are owned by SYSTEMSSOLUTION INC. You may use them for your own learning and keep copies of your own results and certificate. Work you submit, such as your project evidence log, remains yours; you let us store and process it to run the course for you.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update these terms; the version and date at the top show which terms apply. Changes do not affect a purchase you have already made.
